  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Place nuts in a heat-proof bowl
  3. Warm oil in a small, heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, Add rosemary, stirring until aromatic, about 1 minute
  4. Pour warmed oil over nuts, adding remaining seasonings, and stir to coat well
  5. Place nuts in a baking pan and bake about twenty minutes until they are toasted
  6. To prevent overbrowning, you can stir them gently from time to time, and use a baking pan with a light-colored finish
  7. If you intend to store them before serving, allow them to fully cool before putting them in an air-tight container
  8. Avoid overhandling the nuts, as the spicy coating tends to fall off
