Bereiding

  1. Line pie plate with pastry
  2. Chill while preparing filling
  3. Beat eggs lightly; beat in pumpkin, sugar, spices, salt & cream
  4. Pour into prepared pie shell (9 inch)
  5. Bake pie in 220 degree celcius oven for 15 minutes, turn down oven to 180 degrees celcius and bake for a further 45 minutes or until tester inserted in centre comes out clean
  6. Cool & garnish with whipped cream
