Bereiding

  1. Heat oven to 425°
  2. Combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, egg, 3/4 tsp cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt; mix well
  3. Pour into crust
  4. Bake 15 minutes; remove pie
  5. Reduce heat to 350°
  6. Combine sugar, flour and remaining 1/2 tsp cinnamon; cut in margarine until crumbly
  7. Stir in walnuts
  8. Sprinkle walnut mixture over pie
  9. Bake 40 minutes at 350° or until knife inserted comes out clean
